Workshop
6th of October Service Center
Located in West Cairo, our 6th of October Service Center spans 25,000 square meters and is staffed by a highly skilled team of over 100 engineers and technicians. This facility is designed to deliver high-quality service and technical support to clients across a broad range of sectors.
The service center includes five specialized workshops equipped to perform major repairs and complete overhauls of heavy machinery, engines, and pumps. A key component of the facility is our local genset packaging division, which manufactures generator cabins and electrical control panels. Using premium components from leading global brands, we assemble custom-built gensets tailored to meet diverse customer specifications and performance requirements.
Gesr EL Suez Service Center
Strategically located in East Cairo, our Gesr El Suez Service Center is dedicated to delivering exceptional after-sales support and technical service. Staffed by a team of experienced and certified technicians, the facility is equipped with advanced diagnostic tools and service equipment, enabling us to carry out precise maintenance, efficient repairs, and reliable technical support across a range of machinery and systems.

Pre-Sales Support

We manage all logistics for our customers, including freight, customs clearance, transportation, and agreed storage periods until delivery at our warehouses. Our technical experts provide comprehensive support throughout the delivery process, including pre-delivery inspections (PDI), equipment setup, commissioning, and installation to ensure everything is fully operating.
After-Sales Support
