Airmaster Airlines is committed to delivering services that meet the customer's requirements and expectations, this commitment to quality is provided and continually improved by strictly complying with applicable standards and regulations for all our activities.
Our goals are to develop, implement, maintain, and constantly improve strategies and processes to ensure that all our aviation activities take place under balanced allocation resources, aimed at achieving the highest level of safety, security, quality, and environment to comply with national and international standards. Our organization is responsible for safety concepts and continual improvement of the Management System.
All levels of management are accountable for the delivery of this highest level of performance starting with the Accountable Executive (AE) and under their authority. The AE is responsible for the regular reviewing and improvement of this policy.
Reaching our customer's satisfaction is achieved by:
• Complying with the procedures set in the related manuals, the Safety Standards, Security Standards, Quality Standards, ECAA regulations and IOSA Standard Manual.
• Cooperating with the Quality Auditors.
• Reporting any concern related to errors or incidents/accidents to the Safety, Security, and Quality.
• Participating in the continuous development and improvement program for Safety, Security, and Quality standards and procedures.

• Ensuring that all personnel have requisite education, training, experience, and competence to perform their duties and responsibilities.
• Encouraging continuous feedback from customers and employees to improve our services and assure customers satisfaction.

• Complying with statutory obligations, standards, specifications, and codes of practice relevant to quality management.

According to ICAO DOC 9859 – Safety Management Manual (SMM), safety in the priority in all our activities. We are committed to implementing, developing, and improving strategies, management systems, and processes to ensure that all our aviation activities uphold the highest level of safety performance and meet national and international standards.
All levels of management and all employees are accountable for the delivery of the highest level of safety performance, starting with the Accountable Executive.
Our commitment is to:
• Develop and embed a safety culture in all our aviation activities that recognizes the importance and value of effective aviation safety management and always acknowledges that safety is paramount.
• Clearly define for all staff their accountabilities and responsibilities for the development and delivery of aviation safety strategy and performance.
• Encourage the reporting culture through the application of the non-punitive policy, where no action will be taken against any employee who discloses a safety concern through the hazard reporting system.
• Establish and continuously improve a hazard identification and risk management processes throughout areas of operations, including a hazard reporting system, to eliminate or mitigate the safety risks of the consequences of hazards resulting from our operations and cargo activities.
• Ensure that externally supplied systems and services that support and impact on our operations meet appropriate safety standards.
• Actively develop and improve our safety processes to conform to world-class standards.
• Comply with and, wherever possible, exceed legislative and regulatory requirements and standards.
• Ensure that all staff are provided with adequate and appropriate aviation safety information and training, are competent in safety matters and are only allocated tasks commensurate with their skills.
• Ensure that sufficient skilled and trained resources including technology and software are available to implement safety strategy and policy.
• Establish and measure our safety performance against realistic objectives and/or targets.

Security is our fundamental operational priority. Airmaster Airlines is committed to protect and safeguard Cargo shipments, crewmembers, ground personnel and aircraft against acts of unlawful interference whether they are on ground or in air and so protecting the common assets from loss, fraud, intentionally damages and other criminal acts.
Our commitment is to:
1. Establish and maintain security management system (SeMS) to ensure supervision and control of functions and activities associated with the security program and comply with security standards of Airmaster Airlines and requirements of National Aviation Security Program of Egypt and other relevant states.
2. Provide necessary resources for the successful implementation of security policy and conduct periodic review of that policy to ensure continuing relevance to Airmaster Airlines.
3. Comply with applicable Aviation Security (AVSEC) regulations and standards of Airmaster Airlines and adopt industry best practices for security management.
4. Establish culture of security awareness among all staff by emphasizing that security is common teamwork responsibility.
5. Continually review and improve the security management system to ensure the most efficient and effective application of the security program.
6. Establish security objectives and security performance standards.
7. Ensure that all security operations are conducted with acceptable standard security quality control to ensure integrity of operations performance.
8. Ensure that all staff receive aviation security training to ensure that they are aware of and understand their duties and responsibilities with respect to aviation security procedures.
9. Ensure that no action will be taken against any employee who discloses inadvertent human error unless such disclosure or willful disregard of regulations of duties and responsibilities.
10. Ensure security services provided by external service providers meet our security principles and standards outlined in Airmaster Airlines security program.
11. Ensure effectiveness of secured communication system that permits a free flow of information throughout all areas of Airmaster Airlines.
